Delete your Nemu account

In the game (fastest)

Open Nemu and tap Settings.
Open My Account.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away and the game continues with the progress stored on your device.

By e-mail

If you cannot use the game, e-mail support@playnemu.com with the subject "Delete my Nemu account". Include the player ID shown under Settings → My Account, or the e-mail address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with. Guest accounts contain no name or contact details, so without one of these we cannot find the account. We may ask a question to confirm the account is yours and will complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your player account and its identifiers.
Your cloud save (game progress backed up on our servers).
Sign-in links to Apple or Google, if you used them.

What is kept

Purchase records that tax and commercial law require us to keep (up to 10 years), stored separately from game data.
Server logs, which are deleted automatically within 30 days.
Progress stored on your own device, until you delete the app.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Questions: privacy@playnemu.com.
