These terms are an agreement between you and AppVision Yazılım Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi (Maslak Mah. AOS 55. Sk. 42 Maslak A Blok No: 2 İç Kapı No: 25, 34240 Sarıyer, İstanbul, Türkiye; "we", "us") for the Nemu game and playnemu.com. By installing or playing Nemu you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play Nemu on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
2. Fair play
Please do not cheat, use unauthorised software to change how the game works, exploit bugs, interfere with our servers, or copy, sell or redistribute the game or its content. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.
3. Your account and progress
Nemu creates a player account so it can back up your progress. Progress that is only stored on your device is lost if you delete the app or lose the device before it has been backed up. You can delete your account at any time (see Delete account).
4. Purchases and virtual items
- Nemu is free to download and may offer optional in-app purchases, such as virtual items, removing ads or premium features. Prices are shown in the store before you buy.
- Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refunds are handled by them according to their policies.
- Virtual items and coins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and can only be used in the game.
- Subscriptions, if offered, renew automatically until you cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Digital content is delivered right after purchase. Where the law allows, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you therefore lose the right to withdraw from the purchase (for example under article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts and the EU Consumer Rights Directive). This does not affect refunds offered by Apple or Google.
5. Our content
The game, its puzzles, artwork, characters, music and software belong to us or our licensors. Except for the licence above, these terms give you no rights to them.
6. Changes and availability
We keep improving Nemu, so features may change, be added or be removed. The game or our servers may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. If we ever stop running the game, we will announce it in advance where we reasonably can.
7. Liability
Nemu is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for loss of data or progress caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
8. Ending these terms
You can stop playing and delete the app and your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
9. App Store users
If you downloaded Nemu from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game and is not responsible for claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you can also apply to the consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts where you live, and you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date and, for significant changes, tell you in the game. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
